Deploy a Personal Agent

Step 2: Create an Agent

Click the Create Agent button. You will be prompted to fill in four fields:

• Agent Name — a display name for your agent inside Nimrobo
• Telegram Bot Token — the token you get from @BotFather (see Step 3)
• Telegram User ID — your numeric Telegram user ID (see Step 4)
• Agent Identity Name — the name the agent will use when it introduces itself

Step 3: Get Your Telegram Bot Token

Every Telegram bot needs a token issued by @BotFather. Follow these steps:

1. Open Telegram on your phone or desktop
2. Search for @BotFather and open the chat
3. Send the command /newbot
4. Choose a display name for your bot (e.g. "My Assistant")
5. Choose a username ending in bot (e.g. "my_assistant_bot")
6. BotFather will reply with your bot token — copy it

Step 4: Get Your Telegram User ID

Your Telegram User ID tells Nimrobo which account to connect the agent to.

1. Open Telegram
2. Search for @userinfobot and open the chat
3. Send any message (e.g. "hi")
4. The bot will reply with your User ID — copy the numeric value

Step 5: Deploy and Start Using

• Click Create Agent to save
• Your new agent will appear in the AI Agents list
• After 2-3 minutes - Open Telegram, search for your bot's username, and send it a message

Your personal AI agent is live. It will respond to your messages in Telegram using the identity you configured.
